Acceptable Use Policy

1.Purpose

Vidyasetu is used every day by children, teachers, and families. This policy sets out how the platform may and may not be used. It applies to everyone with an account and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2.Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Access accounts, data, or features you are not authorised to use.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate any other person.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or age-inappropriate content.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the platform without our written permission.
• Interfere with the service — for example through malware, scraping, or denial-of-service attempts.
• Use the AI mentor or other features to generate harmful, deceptive, or academically dishonest content.

3.Content standards

Content you post — assignments, messages, notices, portfolios — should be accurate, respectful, and appropriate for a school setting. Schools may set additional rules for their own community.

4.Security

Keep your credentials private and use the platform only on devices you trust. Report any account or security concern to your school administrator or to us immediately.

5.Enforcement

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach this policy. Serious matters may be referred to the school or, where required, to the authorities.

6.Reporting a concern
